Columbia is the validation site for Pneumonia. While we implemented the algorithm, the case and control are not clearly defined (see comments in our previous implementation). After the validation, the case/control definition is updated. The final version of the case/control definition relies on our validation results. We do worry about the approach to use the validation site to define case/control is not scientifically sound.
