Applied NLP to colonoscopy and abdomen CT scan reports to find cases and controls for diverticulosis.  Compared to manually chart reviewed set of 91 cases and 56 controls (147 total).

xx% is prevalence rate of diverticulosis among the chart reviewed population.

In the NUgene biobank, there are, as of end of May 2012:

+ 1520 cases, out of which 719 are genotyped already

+ 1035 controls, out of which 514 are genotyped already
