Analyzing the CAAD phenotype data the GH/UWgeneticists noticed several missing values in the SUBJECT file for field CAAD_INDEX_DATE. This field is found in file CAAD_SUBJECT.csv. The copy of that file you prepared appears to have been created on 6/17/2015 (in case that date helps). The CAAD data dictionary defines the index date as follows:
CAAD_INDEX_DATE: For case definition #1, case definition #2, and control definition #1 index date is the date of the earliest qualifying stenosis measurement. For control definition #2 index date is the date of the data pull (or date of death or loss to follow up if the patient is deceased or lost to follow up at time of the data pull).
Date values appear to be appropriately provided for controls subtype 2, but not for cases subtype 1 or 2, or controls subtype 1 (where this date is the earliest qualifying stenosis measurement.
Can you please update your CAAD_SUBJECT.csv file with complete information for CAAD_INDEX_DATE?
