This is an update from 2018 with all NU eMERGE subjects (GWAS, PGx, WGS, eMERGEseq) that have FH. The update is using chart reviewed and self-reported family history, and NLP and chart reviews that looked for the physical symptoms of FH (xanthomas & corneal arcus). Since those data points (family history & the 2 symptoms) were all manually reviewed, the results from this will be good to compare the upcoming NLP for yr. 5 of eMERGE in 2019.
