Marshfield site specific modification to require that MI be the primary diagnosis on discharge from hospital and also require the subject to have one or more elevated labs (Troponin or CK-MB) within 5 days of admit to the hospital during the same hospital stay.

Randomly selected 25 Statin and MI subjects, 25 Statin and Revascularization subjects, and 25 Statin and no MACE event control subjects for validation.
