Implementation Details:
This is the first phenotype we have implemented using OMOP. These cases and controls have been validated so we wanted to make them available while we look into whether we can identify more. As of 6/5/2018, we were able to identify more labs and improve our dx/px translation in OMOP to result in significantly more cases and controls (from 25 to 4,687 cases and from 6 to 1,198 controls). On 6/11/2018, we uploaded the new data files (stamped 20180605) and updated the number of cases and controls reported below.
