The ReadMe file has been updated with detailed directions for network implementation.

For sites not using SQL Server

The T1D algorithm code is in the MSSQL dialect. We recommend that sites that use a different SQL dialect check out the SQLRender R package (https://ohdsi.github.io/TheBookOfOhdsi/SqlAndR.html) The MSSQL code may be machine translated to other dialects using the SQLRender tool. SQLRender is supported by OHDSI.
